Allana Ferguson bio

Allana began her career with Australia at Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering several knee injuries through the years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana played her first women's rugby league game in 2015 and played for New South Wales in a match against Queensland. Allana has also added radio to her game, regularly appearing on the most popular Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Allana is also a teacher qualification. Allana Ferguson holds the rare honor of being a representative of Australia in three sports, rugby sevens, rugby league and touch. Allana Ferguson, the Jillaroos' top player in rugby is forced to end her career in the league due to tearing her ACL four times. Ferguson injured her ACL four times age 15, 17 and 20. The fourth time she suffered the injury, her playing life was done. Ferguson is the JILLAROOS team's lead player. The decision to leave was due to her 4th ACL left knee injury. After suffering the injury in the month of November while training Ferguson was an icon of women's rugby league for many seasons, confirmed the report this week in The Courier Mail.
